Michael Jackson’s father appeared to intensify his campaign to get money from his son’s estate after making accusations of fraud against the singer’s will administrators.
According to his attorney, Brian Oxman, a claim suggested that the late singer believed his old friends John Branca and John McClain had defrauded him.
But Attorney Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the executors, thought that Joe Jackson’s claims are too outrageous to be worthy of comment. A hearing regarding the issue is scheduled Tuesday morning.
Joseph Jackson was omitted from his son’s will.
