Michael Jackson certainly made history after winning four American Music Awards but he was beaten by Taylor swift for the year’s favorite artist and the evening’s top winner.
The late singer’s trophies were received by his brother Jermaine, who paid tribute to his late brother when he wore glittery white glove. Jermaine thanked Allah for the blessings of his entire family and added that Michael’s message is more important than any award.
Michael Jackson bagged the favorite male artist in the pop/rock and soul/R&B categories. His 2003 greatest-hits album, “Number Ones,” are considered as a favorite album in both categories.
