In the show, the Disney star hid her real identity from the public except her close friends and family. In her last episode entitled “Wherever I Go,” she had to make biggest decision of her life — whether to go to college or accept a role in a film.
The final episode of Hannah Montana is going to air on Sunday at 7 p.m. on the Disney Channel.
