Emma Watson, who plays the role of Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films, achieve the record of straight A’s in her three levels.
The 18-year-old actress had to combine her studies at Headington School, Oxford with filming the series in which she plays a pupil at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry.
The post in her website indicated: “We are absolutely delighted to let you all know that Emma received straight As in her three chosen subjects namely English literature, geography and Art!! As you can imagine Emma is absolutely thrilled and we are all very proud of her.”
During her school days the actress represented Headington at hockey and dancing. For the last two years she was involved in its Rock Challenge dance competition.
The actress is now planning to take a gap year and attend university in 2009, juggling her studies with her acting career. Earlier this year she appeared as a new entry on the Sunday Times Rich List with a fortune of £10 million.
