Charlie Sheen may not get what he wants in his lawsuit after suing Warner Bros. for $100,000,000.
The former “Two and a Half Men” star claimed the studio had no right to fire him from his popular CBS comedy show. He wanted the judge to rule the arbitration clause in his contract as invalid but the judge insisted that the arbitration agreement is indeed valid and left it to the arbitrator, which will decide if the matter would be resolved in private or in a public courtroom.
