Duchess Kate is sporting a diamond tiara when she goes to event at Buckingham Palace with husband Prince William on Tuesday.
The Duchess of Cambridge matches her tiara with diamond earrings and a white lace dress. She also makes her hair half-up to show off the sparkling piece of jewelry, which is believed to have been borrowed from the Queen. It is suggested that the delicate fan motif tiara, which consists of diamonds and pearls, is the same one worn by the late Queen Mother when she was Duchess of York in the 1920s. Meanwhile, Duchess Kate and Prince William go to the Queen’s annual state reception to welcome representatives from 172 foreign missions. They are supporting the Queen at the event with Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla. This is also the first time that the couple take on the role when the Queen asks to help meet and greet the dignitaries.
