Duchess Kate went to the University of Derby on October 10 to talk to first year students and hear about how the coronavirus pandemic has affected the start of their university life.
The Duchess of Cambridge was wearing a patterned face mask, beige check coat and cashmere crew neck sweater by Massimo Dutti. She complimented her smart ensemble with a pair of Gianvito Rossi black suede pumps. She also chose for minimal makeup and sleeker hairstyle. She was briefed by the UK’s student mental health charity on the national picture in a socially distanced circle, before talking to students about their experiences at Derby. She asked Husna Hanif and Laura Oliver if there was enough support at the university and she revealed that’s great to hear that there’s so much support for the pair. She was also spotted with a university-branded umbrella while she spoke to footballers about how their mental health is supported. It was reported that Duchess Kate loved how mental health tasks had been integrated into university life in Derby.
