Duchess Kate and Prince William attended a charity gala dinner at Houghton Hall on Wednesday.
The Duchess of Cambridge joked that her husband wanted to take a break from her cooking at the event. The royal pair talked to the chefs before a reception outside on the lawns. The evening started with a champagne reception, which showed musical entertainment by the Jefford Brothers and Sam Aldersey-Williams and magician Archie Manners. Then the EACH Treehouse Choir performed after dinner and it was followed by a speech from parent Charlotte Markham. Meanwhile, Duchess Kate wore the Jenny Packham gown, which was paired with diamond drop earrings gifted to her by the Queen and a silk Prada box clutch. Prince William chose a traditional black tux and dickie bow for the event.
