Jennifer Garner almost cried on Thursday when she talked about child poverty at House Committee Hearing.
The “Dude, Where’s My Car” star was invited to talk about the issue for “Save the Children” charity and to call for more funds to help the children. When she traveled in U.S. to observe the effects of poverty, she made a point to try, to get out and to do as many site visits. She also shared that mothers often ask her to help get their children into these programs or even nudge them up in the wait list.
