Lindsay Lohan’s case is already turned over to Riverside County District Attorney, who will decide whether to charge her in the altercation with Betty Ford former staffer.
Her case was transferred by Palm Desert Police Department to the district attorney, who is going to determine whether the “Freaky Friday” star will be charged with battery or not.
Her case will be a struggle battle because the victim Dawn Holland won’t cooperate and she didn’t want Lindsay to be prosecuted.
