Meghan Markle Changed Her Name On Her Son’s Birth Certificate

Meghan Markle changed her one-year-old son’s birth certificate after he was born.

A report claimed that the former “Suits” star quietly erased her name on Archie’s birth certificate, which no longer indicated ‘Rachel Meghan’ as his mother but ‘Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Sussex.’ The unusual move happened while rumors were growing of a rift between Harry, brother William and their partners. They claim the decision is a snub to the Cambridges since all three of their children have Duchess Kate’s names on their birth certificates. It may also be viewed as Prince Harry treated Meghan as equals with his mum Princess Diana, who always used “Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales”. Little Archie was born on May 6, 2019, and his birth was registered 11 days later before an amendment was made on June 5. Days after the changes were made, Princess Harry and Meghan walked away from the British Royal Fab Four’s joint charity and had quit the Royal family within months. Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the Sussexes has dismissed the claims that Meghan was behind the change. The spokesperson released a statement that the change of name on public documents in 2019 was dictated by The Palace, as confirmed by documents from senior Palace officials. And the change was not requested by the Duchess of Sussex or by The Duke of Sussex.
