Miley Cyrus was having a good time while celebrating her beau Liam Hemsworth’s birthday last weekend.
A huge “naughty” cake was delivered on Saturday night at Club Icon in Downtown L.A. And the “Hannah Montana” star even posed besides the cake and suggestively pretended to lick it. Miley also had alcohol drink and partied all night.
