Morgan Freeman is recovering well after undergoing surgery Monday following a car accident on Sunday in Mississippi.
His representative revealed: “Morgan is doing well after surgery last night to reconnect nerves and to repair damage to his left arm and hand ago at the Elvis Presley Memorial Trauma Center at The MED, at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis.”
His representative continued: “The surgery lasted approximately four-and-a-half hours and he is in good spirits and was visiting with family members this morning.”
According to the representative, “The Dark Knight” star was walking around this morning and is looking forward to being released in a few days.
