Prince William will be kept waiting for Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey for 45 minutes on their wedding day.
The royal groom and his best man will leave Clarence House at 10.10am in a state limousine and could mingle with guests for 40 minutes. The bride and her father are expected to be driven to the Abbey just before 11am but she may choose to be a few minutes late. At 12.15pm the bride and groom’s carriage procession will leave the Abbey for Buckingham Palace. Crowds will have first glimpse of the newly-weds at 1.25pm on the balcony.
