Prosecutors are believed to be debating whether to charge Dr. Conrad Murray, who was Michael Jackson’s doctor, with involuntary manslaughter or a more serious charge.
The personal physician of the late singer will be prosecuted on a theory of gross negligence whatever will be the charge against him. The suitable date to present the case is still uncertain.
Dr. Murray’s spokeswoman revealed that the doctor had no comment and reiterated he neither prescribed nor administered anything that should have killed the late singer. The LAPD reportedly concluded its investigation, involving the Michael’s death, on Friday and the case will go to the district attorney’s office within weeks.
