Zac Efron, who was featured in Cosmopolitan magazine as one of its Fun and Fearless Males, said, “Overcoming fears by stepping out of your comfort zone is more important than being fearless.”
On feeling ready to handle stardom, the “High School Musical” star revealed, “I feel pressure to stay myself and [have] a life outside Hollywood. I am going to try my best to stay true to that goal.”
On whether constant paparazzi attention cramps his style, he answered, “The lack of privacy is a small downside to a lot of upsides. You want privacy, especially at my age. I like to run around and be goofy, and unfortunately, sometimes picture of me don’t exactly come across the best way.”
On biggest perk of fame, he replied, “This is not cheese coming at you…I’ve gotten to see so much of the world.”
On most important quality of a good relationship, he added, “From my extreme knowledge [laughs], I would have to say humor and communication.”
Meanwhile, Zac Efron was helped by his “Hairspray” co-star Elijah Kelley with his tie at the after party for the 19th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival.
Zac previously offered his kissing advice, saying, “Go easy and take your time. Be respectful of the other person and don’t just get on in there and grope all over the place. My favorite kisses happen when I’ve taken it nice and slow. Don’t try to swallow the person you’re kissing by opening your mouth so wide! I’ve never experienced a washing-machine kiss, but I’ve heard about them. When girls rotate their tongues around your mouth like a washing machine, that’s not a good idea.”
